Chocolate Chia Pudding Recipe

Here’s a delicious chocolate chia pudding recipe to satisfy your sweet tooth, while also getting a good deal of fibre, protein and healthy fats.
Chocolate Chia Pudding
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
½ cup chia seeds
2 cups milk of choice
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp cocoa powder
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
Fresh fruit to top
Instructions
Add the chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cocoa powder and cinnamon to a medium-sized bowl. Mix together until all ingredients are well combined. Leave to sit for 15 to 20 minutes.
Stir before dividing the mixture evenly into 4 sealable containers. Place containers in the fridge overnight.
Once ready to enjoy, top with dark chocolate and some fresh fruit of your choice.
