  • Bradie Hutton Registered Dietitian at PUSH Mama Care

    Bradie Hutton, MHSC, RD

    REGISTERED DIETITIAN & CLINICAL COORDINATOR

Bradie completed her Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition and Food, and a Master of Health Sciences in Nutrition Communication at Ryerson University. Throughout her education, Bradie began to recognize the immense value that nutrition can bring to expectant and new mothers and her passion for providing supports during this special stage of life.

Bradie supports women throughout their pregnancy into their journey of parenthood. As a registered dietitian, she is passionate about working with mothers and families to provide nutrition education in order to ensure that all of their nutrition needs are being met. This includes working from a holistic lens to ensure that her recommendations are tailored to meet each person’s individual needs. In working with new families, Bradie also recognizes the value of meeting parents where they’re at in their journey.

Over the years, she has gained many years of experience in providing prenatal nutrition education and counselling. She believes in the importance of using this tool to help both mama and baby—by supporting their health and quality of life during fetal development, post-partum, and beyond.

  • Crista Wong Registered Dietitian and Project Lead

    Crista Wong, MHSc, RD

    REGISTERED DIETITIAN & PROJECT LEAD

Crista earned her Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Human Nutrition from the University of Guelph and her Master of Health Sciences in Nutrition Communication from Toronto Metropolitan University. She is deeply passionate about supporting families during pregnancy and parenthood, focusing on optimizing infant nutrition and empowering parents to navigate this transformative journey with confidence and ease.

During her master’s studies, Crista developed a strong interest in pediatric nutrition, which inspired her to write a policy paper on establishing a school food program for Canadian students. With experience in nutrition education and counselling across various life stages and chronic diseases, Crista brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Starting at PUSH as a student, she contributed to writing blogs, a recipe book, and various side projects. Now, she continues to channel her creativity into crafting engaging resources that provide families with practical, evidence-based tips.

Outside of work, Crista enjoys spending time with her dog, Mia, exploring hiking trails with family and friends, trying out new baking recipes, and playing video games on rainy days.
